Programme Notes: Through the journey of a couple whose story begins with love, this work reflects on the meaning of life as they experience marriage, childbirth, raising children, conflict, reconciliation, and the path they continue to walk together. Their story, unfolding on the stage of life, is all the more genuine because it is not extraordinary, and all the more deeply moving because it feels so familiar.
These are the moments of life we have already lived through—or have yet to experience. This work is not simply the story of one couple, but the story of all of us who are living and loving today.
